Mission Statement

Rush For A Cause Foundation is established to provide community and financial support for qualified tragically and severely injured athletes, to raise awareness for the need, and to help promote injury prevention.

The Inspiration For The Foundation

On a fateful Friday night in October, 2009 I learned of a fellow football player who was tragically injured in a routine tackle and was left paralyzed.

It's About Making A Difference

I knew that I needed to do something to make a difference.  I knew that I needed to take action.  I decided to make a difference by using my role as a running back to raise money, and I decided to recruit my fellow football players to help me in my cause.

It's About Compassion And Giving Back

I recognize that this could happen to anyone...this could happen to me, you, or someone you love.  Lives are forever changed undeservingly and unexpected.  I believe others recognize this, too and are compassionate and want to give back.

Your Opportunity To Help Make A Difference

Every donation, large or small, will help the Foundation to help others.  Together, we can make a big difference. Please don't wait.  Take action.
