Non-profit Cause
I established
Rush for a Cause,
an Ohio non-profit organization (filing for 501(c)(3) status) created to provide community and financial support for seriously injured high school athletes. I developed the campaign to enlist other High School Varsity RB's to join me in securing individual and corporate sponsors willing to pledge money for EACH YARD THEY RUSH, starting with the 2010 high school football season. As an alternative, donations are welcome.

My non-profit is unique and in great demand. I began the organization to benefit fellow football players since football is a passion of mine. However, recipients of aid are not limited to football players. I recognize the need is much greater. Athletes are severely injured in high school sports other than football and they deserve our help, too. Nominations may be made on site.

If so, I ask you to make a pledge or donation. Don't under-estimate the power of people. Together we can eliminate some stress and burden of others.
